Terms and Conditions - Basics
However, the Terms and Conditions ("T&C") are a set of legally binding terms and conditions defined by you, as the owner of this website. The U&P establishes legal boundaries governing the conduct of site visitors or your customers during their visits or interactions with this website. The U&P is intended to establish a legal relationship between site visitors and you as the website owner.
What is included in document U and P
In general, U and P often refer to such questions: Who has the right to use the website; possible payment methods; a statement that the website owner may change its offer in the future; types of guarantees provided by the website owner to its customers; reference to intellectual property or copyright matters, where relevant; the right of the website owner to suspend or cancel the participant's account; and much, much more.
